  2. Buyer – natural or legal person buying a single or a seasonal ticket.

  3. Ticket (electronic ticket) – a document purchased from a ticket office or an Internet site set by the ticket distributor, which gives the buyer a right to enter the event.

  4. Seasonal ticket – a document purchased from a ticket office or an Internet site set by the ticket distributor, which gives the buyer a right to enter the event.


  1. Provide the ticket’s bar code in your smart phone or printed on a white piece of paper and show it at the entrance. A poorly printed ticket or a poor quality bar code on the phone screen may prevent you entry to the event, and the spectator can have no claims against the Event organizer.

  2. One ticket is valid for one person to the indicated Event. The ticket can only be used once and the spectator who scans his ticket first will have entry to the Event. The Event organizer is not responsible for any losses for unlawful copying of the ticket. It is recommended to purchase the ticket from the official seller only and not to share the ticket information.

  3. Ticket distributor has the right to prevent a person from re-entering the event if the said person has left the event before its finish and the ticket presented has already been scanned.

  4. A person can use only that entrance to the event which is indicated on the person’s ticket.

  5. Copying, multiplying, selling tickets is strictly prohibited. Persons using the ticket unlawfully can be punished based on the administrative or penal code of the Republic of Lithuania. The police is always involved when in suspicion of these infringements.

  6. Persons affected by the use of alcohol, drugs or any other psychotropic substances will not be granted an admission to the event. Persons who by the organisers of the event are perceived as unwelcome, will not be granted an admission as well.  In cases if unwelcome persons have purchased the ticket, money for the ticket will not be refunded.

  7. To ensure the safety of the players, staff and arena guests, security has the right to check the guests and their belongings at the entrance of Zalgirio Arena. It is strictly prohibited to bring in food and drinks, narcotics, sharp items, weapons, animals, professional filming, photography and sound recording equipment. Persons attempting to bring in said items will not be allowed to the event and their purchased tickets will not be refunded. For the full list of prohibited items, visit  


  1. Seeking to ensure suitable and quality selling of tickets, the protection of personal data and the identification of the person, the ticket distributor has the right to require that persons who wish to take the opportunity to buy tickets through the website would first register in it by filling in an electronic registration form.

  2. You can pay through e-banking of Swedbank, DNB, SEB, Šiaulių bankas, Nordea and PayPal in the website of the ticket distributor. The VAT invoice can be ordered by the following e-mail: Invoices can be issued for the payer only till the next month's day 7.

  3. If the ticket is acquired with a discount of a schoolchild, student or senior citizen, it is obligatory to provide a document proving the validity of the discount upon entering the event, otherwise Tickets Distributor reserves the right to refuse the entry to the event for the person

  4. We would like to inform you that when participating in a mass event your image and/or voice can be recorded in the filmed video material, photographs and/or sound recordings and can be used in broadcast TV channels, shown in Zalgirio Arena during the game, posted online and otherwise publicized free of charge. You have the right to know about the data privacy policy, have access to your data and how it is managed, demand to fix or expand the details of your incomplete data; delete your data or halt the use of your data; demand that Zalgiris limits the use of your data if there is a lawful reason to that; you have the right for data transfer you have the right to have your personal data processed and can cancel the agreement to process your personal data.   5. If the amount of money paid for the ticket or order is too small, in spite of the reasons why that happened, the ticket distributor has the right not to sell the ticket, annul a ticket or an order and return to a person the sum of money he paid. If the amount of money paid for a ticket or order exceeded the amount required, the ticket distributor at the request of a person returns the amount of money which exceeded the required amount of money.

  6. You can find the tickets acquired on the website of the ticket distributor in the column “MY PROFILE” by logging in with the data of access which you used when you registered on buying the ticket. A link to the ticket after a successful purchase is sent to the e-mail specified by the client.

  7. The start time of the event may change. Before coming to the event, always make sure if the time of the event has not changed on the website

  8. The Event ticket is not refunded and/or changed, except when the Event is cancelled or moved to a different date.

  9. We would like to inform that all visitors in the arena must adhere to the Code of Conduct -

  10. The parking fee, item storage (2 Eur) and dressing room (except courtside VIP, AUDI and Ramirent Premium club seats) service (1.5 Eur) is not included in the ticket price.

  1. Any spectators aged 6 and older must wear protective gear covering the nose and the mouth (masks, respirators). The mask should stay on at all times, except when the spectator is eating or drinking in a designated area.

  2. Spectators with a disability that poses health concerns in wearing protective gear that covers their nose and mouth, must wear a face shield for the entirety of the event.

  3. Spectators who come to the game without a mask or protective face shield, or do not wear it during the event and chose not to wear it when asked, will not be allowed into the Arena or will be asked to leave.

  4. Spectators will go through a mandatory body temperature test before entering the arena. If the body temperature is measured over 37.3°C, the ticket holder will not be allowed into the arena.

  5. Spectators with acute respiratory and related conditions (fever, coughing, heavy breathing, etc.) will not be allowed into the Event or will be asked to leave.

  6. Spectators must only take the seats that are shown on their ticket. It is strictly prohibited to use the seats that are marked as not in use.

  7. It is strictly prohibited to consume food and/or alcohol in the main hall. Spectators will not be allowed inside the arena, or will be asked to leave it.

  8. Spectators must comply with hand hygiene, coughing, sneezing etiquette. Disincentive liquids are available next to each entrance to the arena and in other locations in the corridors, the distance boundaries are marked with stickers, with the rules of being placed in visible locations.

  9. Spectators who have returned from abroad and/or had contact with persons who returned from abroad, and their self-isolation period hasn’t concluded, are strictly prohibited from going to the event.

  10. Spectators who have even minor upper raspatory illness symptoms (fever, cold, cough, sneezing, heavy breathing, etc.) are recommended not to come to the Event. Spectators who start feeling the symptoms during the Event, should immediately the venue and are recommended to consult the coronavirus hotline by phone 1808.

  11. The person purchasing the tickets must provide exact personal data (name, surname, phone number, address). The Buyer is not allowed to participate in the Event without providing his/her exact data. The data constituted under the law can be provided to the National public health center to establish the COVID-19 contact network.   12. Spectators who have been diagnosed with the COVID-19 disease or had contact with a diagnosed person, must inform the National public health center and/or the Event organizer by email:

  13. Money for tickets will not be refunded or reimbursed in cases when spectators do not attend the Event because of recommendations or prohibition, do not pass a temperature test or are asked to leave the Event due to not complying with the rules.



  1. A gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (valid for all gift vouchers purchased from 01.01.2021).

  2. A gift voucher is non-refundable or cannot be exchanged to money.

  3. A gift voucher can be exchanged to any ticket and/or other items on the official Žalgiris website distributed by VšĮ „Žalgirio krepšinio centras“.

  4. A gift voucher can be exchanged online at or/and at Žalgiris arena ticket office.

  5. A gift voucher can only be used once.

  6. The unused value of the gift voucher is non-refundable.

  7. If the price of the tickets and/or goods purchased exceed the amount stated in the gift voucher, the Buyer must pay the difference in price.

  8. Multiple gift vouchers can be used for one purchase.

  9. A gift voucher will not be exchanged for a new one in case of damaged or loss.

  10. If the gift voucher has not been used during its period of validity, it shall thereafter be considered void, non-renewable and non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure, when the Club may extend the period of validity of the gift voucher.



  1. You should provide a valid season ticket or electronic ticket taken from upon entering the event. Torn, defaced or otherwise damaged season ticket card may prevent you from entering to event.

  2. It is prohibited to copy, duplicate or sell a season ticket. Persons, using season ticket illegally may be prosecuted by the laws set forth in Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania. In such instances, the police department is always informed about the case.

  3. Kaunas “Žalgiris” season ticket is valid for all regular matches of the season of Lithuanian Basketball League and Euroleague, play-offs or finals of National Basketball League played at the home city.

  4. For your comfort and safety, Kaunas “Žalgiris” season tickets (except for the season tickets of “Audi” club) distributed are only nominal. On the season ticket/tickets you bought your name and surname registered in the website where tickets are sold are indicated. If you want to change name of an owner of a season ticket, contact us by e-mail before the beginning of the season tickets production. If a season ticket is already being produced, the price of producing a new card is 10 EUR.

  5. Owner of Kaunas „Žalgiris“ season ticket can entrust other persons with using season ticket but selling season tickets is prohibited.

  6. Owner of a season ticket is responsible for the veracity of personal information provided to Kaunas “Žalgiris”.

  7. Obligatory information required in the registration form will be used only for the production of cards and will be checked at the time of issuance.

  8. Kaunas “Žalgiris” season ticket cards will be issued at the “Žalgiris” arena ticket office. 

  9. Kaunas “Žalgiris” season ticket card is issued in exchange to a document necessary – a document confirming the purchase of A4 format, with the data of a buyer if the ticket is bought in the ticket office and a copy of an e-mail confirming the purchase or a valid identity document confirming identity, if the ticket is purchased online.

  10. Produced “Žalgiris” season ticket cards will be issued to legal persons only with company’s authorization.

  11. Kaunas “Žalgiris” reserves the right not to issue a season ticket card if identity document/company’s authorization does not correspond to the data provided in the registration form.

  12. Kaunas “Žalgiris” reserves the right not to issue a season ticket card if at the time of issue a document confirming a discount granted is not provided.

  13. An organizator of an event reserves the right to change the venue of an event after public informing of the buyer.

  14. If you have bought a season ticket card with a discount of a schoolchild, student or senior citizen, you must provide a valid document confirming a discount upon entering the event, otherwise Kaunas “Žalgiris” reserves the right to prevent you from entering the event and (or) confiscate the card.

  15. You have to inform in a written form the administration of Kaunas “Žalgiris” by e-mail about a lost season ticket card. The price of producing a new card is 10 EUR.

  16. If the third floor is not open during national league games, the organiser will provide tickets on the first floor – Green zone.

  17. The owner of a season ticket has the possibility to take a ticket of a match for his seat from his season ticket card through “Žalgiris” website. The function of taking a ticket works until the start of the match. A person who doesn’t have a season ticket card or a ticket taken from the website, is not allowed to enter the match. Kaunas “Žalgiris” does not have the right to disclose the log in data of season ticket/tickets to the third parties without a written request of an owner of the season ticket. The service of printing a ticket from a season ticket is not provided in the “Žalgiris” ticket office.


  1. Season tickets are non-exchangeable or non-refundable.

  2. Tickets may be exchanged or refunded only in the case if an event does not take place or the expected time of an event changes. In this case, buyers have to contact us by e-mail If tickets were bought in the ticket office, it is obligatory to have a receipt confirming the purchase. If tickets were bought online, it is obligatory to provide buyer‘s name, surname or name of a company, the amount of tickets and the amount paid, registered in the website when making the purchase.

  3. Ticket distributor does not exchange defaced, torn or damaged tickets.

  4. Persons, before purchasing tickets must evaluate all circumstances of an event to which they are buying the ticket, i.e. date, time, place and other conditions of an event, also inform themselves on all relevant information on purchasing tickets and information on an event.


  1. Ticket distributor has the right to change prices of tickets/season tickets.

  2. Ticket distributor has the right to make promotions for sales stimulating, short-term discounts, distribute codes for discounts. Information about promotions may be published in the website of the ticket distributor, announced publicly, sent personally or distributed in other ways. Persons, who during the period of a promotion did not use it and bought a ticket/season ticket without a discount, do not have the right to require a refund or compensation for tickets/season tickets.

  3. Persons, purchasing a ticket/season ticket with a discount of a schoolchild, student or a senior citizen must have a valid document confirming the status of a person receiving a discount and show it upon entering an event. Otherwise the ticket distributor reserves the right to prevent a person from entering an event. The discounts made are marked on a ticket/season ticket.

  4. Ticket distributor has the right to collect fees of a fixed amount paid only once (fee of a service, reservation, arena, etc.) which are applied to one ticket/season ticket. Amounts of the fees are provided in the website of a ticket distributor.


  1. Ticket distributor, in accordance with legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and these rules, processes the personal data:

1.1. For the purposes of direct marketing and promotions.

1.2. For the purposes of forming a possibility to the visitors of the website to submit an enquiry, for the purposes of giving answers to the enquiries.

1.3. Seeking to ensure the protection of property right, guarantee safety of property and its inviolability, public safety during an event. 

      2. In accordance with legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and these rules, the ticket distributor manages:

2.1. Name, surname, birth date, phone number, e-mail, address, also the information confirming the right to take part in promotions and documents (for example number, date of a receipt confirming a purchase and so on) confirming the existence of conditions for taking part in a promotion (games, quizzes, contests) provided at the time of making a purchase by clients seeking to purchase goods or services from the ticket distributor, if it is connected with taking part in a promotion or the right to take part in a game.

2.2.Name, phone or fax number, e-mail, text of an enquiry or a comment of the website visitors, seeking to submit an enquiry or comment to data manager.

      3. Employees of the ticket distributor or data managers and their employees authorized by the ticket distributor, performing their duties and processing personal data must ensure that the personal data:

3.1. Is collected only for defined and legal purposes set forth in the first paragraph of these rules.

3.2. Is processed in a precise, honest and legal manner.

3.3. Is accurate and is constantly updated, if it is necessary for the processing of personal data; inaccurate or not exhaustive data should be corrected, complemented, disposed or its processing should be stopped.

3.4. Is identical, appropriate and only of the volume that is necessary for it to be collected and managed further on.

3.5. Is saved in such form that the identity of data subjects would be possible to identify no longer than it is needed for the purposes for which this data was collected and processed.

3.6. Is managed in accordance with clear and transparent requirements of personal data processing set forth in this and other laws governing relevant activity, kept in such form that the identity of data subject would be possible to identify no longer than it is needed for the purposes for which this data was collected and processed.

3.7.Employees of the ticket distributor, data manager and their representatives, who process personal data, must protect the secret of personal data if this data is not intended for public use. This obligation is also valid after transferring to another post or when contractual or work relations are terminated.


  1. The content and software of the website of ticket distributor is a property of the ticket distributor and/or his/hers partners, which are protected by applicable laws. Persons, using the website must not violate the rights and legal interests of the ticket distributor and use the website in accordance with the requirements of the law, rules, prohibitions, orders and any other applicable requirements of the ticket distributor provided in the website.

  2. It is prohibited to distribute, exchange, copy, print or use the information provided in the website of the ticket distributor in other illegal ways without a written consent of the ticket distributor.

  3. Persons do not have the right to falsify, copy tickets or use, or buy them in other illegal ways. Persons, who did not make an agreement with the ticket distributor, do not have the right to sell the tickets. All the rights of ticket design and copyrights of the content belong to the ticket distributor or its partners.

  4. Other restrictions, prohibitions, requirements and rules set forth in these rules, in the website of the ticket distributor or other public material distributed by the ticket distributor are applicable to persons.


  1. Buyer commits to indicating all data that is required in the website of the ticket distributor correctly.

  2. Buyer commits to showing his printed or e-ticket (on the phone or other electronic device) to the driver.

  3. Buyer commits to showing the ticket to the driver while boarding and to keeping the ticket safe thorough the whole trip.

  4. Buyer commits to taking the seat that is indicated by the bus staff.

  5. Bus ticket does not give access to the arena, you must have a game ticket.

  6. JSC “Kautra” is responsible for providing the transportation service and for providing the service properly. “Žalgiris” club only functions as an open intermediary that sells the tickets to the buyers on behalf of JSC “Kautra” and in no way is responsible for providing transportation service.   7. Tickets can only be changed or returned if the transportation service was not provided or if the previously given conditions have changed.

  8. If the transportation service is cancelled or the date of the transportation service is changed and money for the tickets is returned, ticket distributor is not responsible for reimbursing the buyers or third parties for transportation service cancelation or date change and (or) for harm made because of changed terms. In such a case, JSC “Kautra” commits to changing the tickets or reimbursing the money that buyers paid for the tickets.

  9. Upon request, VAT invoice can be given for the transportation services provided by the JSC “Kautra”.


  1. This ticket is not a ticket for a game. In order to enter arena you must have a valid game ticket of that day on the first floor of the arena (sectors 101 to 136)

  2. E-ticket should be printed on a white piece of paper. Low-quality ticket might prevent you from getting to the event.

  3. One ticket is valid for one person and just for a certain event. You can use it just one time. First scanned ticket gets to the event. Ticket distributor is not responsible for any possible loses because of illegal ticket duplication. 

  4. Please show this document upon entering the “Žalgiris” arena parking lot. Entrance is possible one time for one car and only on the day of the game. 

  5. With this VIP zone ticket you can use entrances that are marked in the plan. It is mandatory to show a valid ticket of the game on the first floor of the arena at the entrance (sectors 101 to 136).

  6. We will be waiting for you in a VIP area before the game. There you will be able to have drinks and taste snacks and dishes prepared by chefs. After the game your orders will be taken by the restaurant staff. Once you show your ticket at the VIP area entrance you will be given a VIP bracelet. Please wear the bracelet. It is forbidden to give the bracelet to someone else. Damaged or torn off bracelet is not valid.


Visitors who wants to enter the arena:

  1. must to show ticket or documents granting a right to enter;

  2. must be checked by Security Operatives and to submit the items for the inspection;

  3. visitors with small children (up to 5 years) have to carry their children in their arms when passing through the Turnstile (inverted cross-device for visitors to skip one at the time).


  1. pose a hazard to safety;

  2. do not agree to be checked by Security Operatives;

  3. are inebriated with alcohol and/or psychoactive substances;

  4. are marked as undesirables by the Organizer;

  5. are suspected of and/or have committed violations of public order, were fined for inappropriate behavior and/or criminal activities on the Žalgirio Arena premises and in its access areas.


  1. to enter the Arena only upon presentation of tickets or documents granting a right to enter;

  2. to occupy only those seats in the Arena hall/ stands which are indicated in their tickets or other documents granting a right to enter the arena;

  3. to use cloakrooms, cafes and other public premises located in the Arena following the order established;

  4. to smoke in specially designated places and specially marked places of the Arena.


  1. It’s strictly forbidden to consume alcohol in the hall during the sport events;

  2. In order to ensure safety, a CCTV system is in operation at the Arena recording Visitors and their actions;

  3. Visitors of the Arena should conduct themselves in a proper manner so that they do not harm, would not endanger themselves and others, do not disturb or irritate other Visitors;.

  4. Visitors of the Arena must follow the instructions of event organizers, security staff, volunteers, police officers and / or of others authorized persons to ensure the safety and order;

  5. In case of danger or threats to the security of the event, security staff, police officers and / or other authorized persons to ensure the security and order might request Visitors to change their locations indicated on the ticket or to evacuate from the Arena;

  6. A ticket or other document giving access to the Arena must be kept by the Visitor before the end of the event.

  7. The ticket price of the event includes the ticket distributor’s fee, which is determined by the ticket distributor and the Arena fee (1.5 Eur). The Arena fee includes services for the protection of the event, support staff (assistants), cleaning of premises, sewage disposal, electricity and water supply, indoor heating and ventilation. The Arena fee does not include Cloakroom services, which is subject to additional fees in accordance with the procedures specified in these rules.

  8. The administration of the Arena has a right to seize the permits and other documents entitling to access the Arena transferred or sold to other people that do not have a right to use them;

  9. Event organizers, security staff, police officers and / or other authorized persons to ensure the security and order reserve a right to remove Visitors who fail to comply with these rules of the Arena. The visitor removed from the Arena will not be refunded for tickets purchased.


  1. Cloakroom service in the Arena is chargeable service and its cost is 1,50 € per person per one unit;

  2. Extra service in cloakroom is possibility to leave other personal items (backpacks, purses and other items excl. clothes) in safety boxes. The service costs is 2 € per safety box;

  3. After paying cloakroom fee Visitor gets a cashier’s check;

  4. Cloakroom in Audi club, Ramirent Premium club, VIP boxes and for visitors having VIP package is free of charge.

  5. Visitors must obtain a cloakroom tag with a number after leaving their clothes or other items in the cloakroom;

  6. Only one item could be left on one hanger;

  7. Personal items of only one person could be left in one safety box;

  8. In case Visitors loses a cloakroom tag with a number they must immediately inform the cloakroom personnel. A Visitor shall pay full price, i.e. 10 € for the loss of cloakroom tag with a number;

  9. Visitor that informed about the loss or disappearance of the cloakroom tag with a number can take his clothes back after all visitors leave the Arena. In such case an appropriate document is prepared wherein the loss or disappearance of the cloakroom tag with a number, personal information of the Visitor, payment and return of the visitor’s clothes is confirmed.


  1. According to the Law of Republic of Lithuania, every Visitor of the Žalgiris Arena revocably agrees that he/she will not make any claims and will not request compensation if his/her voice, the image, the picture will be used for live events at the time of the event in the video using already developed or forthcoming information technologies; also, if the Visitor is recorded or photographed otherwise. This material may be used by the event organizers or third parties indefinitely. Each Visitor waives any rights and actions allowing oppose the above outlined use of the information. Event organizers and their authorized third parties must comply with all laws relating to the use of personal information in the media. These rules apply for all events which take part in the Žalgiris Arena.

  2. Any audio or video recordings of the concert or the Sporting event, pictures or match result might be recorded and used only for private purposes. It is strictly forbidden to disseminate above mentioned event information to the public, in spite of data transmission mean: the Internet, radio, television, mobile phone etc. already created and yet only future means of communication. It is also prohibited to perform such activity for other people.


  1. In the Arena it is strictly prohibited for Visitors carry out any commercial, advertising, or promotional activities without the written consent of the Arena Administration and the organizer of the event.;

  2. It is strictly prohibited to have or offer to buy the food, drinks, souvenirs, clothes, advertisement, attributes etc. without the written consent of the Arena Administration and the organizer of the event. All these commodities might be confiscated.


  1. alcoholic beverages, toxic and psychoactive substances, other stimulating substances (except special medical preparations ((insulin and so on ));

  2. any kinds of weapons, sharp objects, and explosive materials, including items with which a person can cut or jab at other Visitors, also items which can be used for throwing, fling etc;

  3. fireworks, flare rockets, smoke powder, gas bombs and/or other pyrotechnic;,

  4. the material or attributes which contain racist, xenophobic, extreme Right-wing politics, nationalist or socialist ideas, sexual discrimination propaganda;

  5. bottles, cups, and any kind of tin products or other products made from plastic, glass, or any other rigid brittle materials;

  6. any food or beverage;

  7. flagpole, with the exception of flexible plastic flagpole, which shall not exceed 1 m in length and 1 cm in diameter;

  8. flags which are bigger than 2,0 x 1,5 m. Representatives of Fan Club who wish to carry the flag of the Club into the Arena, must obtain a special permission from Organizers;

  9. all kinds of animals except guide dogs (when coordinated with the organizers);

  10. gas sprays, irritating and flammable materials, colorants; containers which contain quickly flammable materials as well as materials detrimental to human health;

  11. oversized items (ladders, chairs, boxes, large bags, rucksacks, suitcases, sports bags and etc.). Over sized item– any object, which is bigger than 25x25x25 cm and cannot be held under the chair of the Arena;;

  12. large quantities of paper and rolls of paper;

  13. mechanically operated sound-emitting devices (compressed air trumpets etc.), speakers, megaphones, air horns, trumpets and other wind instruments, drones and other remotely controlled devices;

  14. devices with laser gadgets, electric torches, selfmade light emitting devices and equipment;

  15. radio receivers;

  16. laptops and / or other devices, which might be used for the dissemination of information through the other media;

  17. other objects capable of causing hazard to the security of the event and those around (spray deodorants, perfume bottles, umbrellas, pillows or other items containing feathers and so on);

  18. all other items which were found by police officers, security service personnel and / or others authorized person and might cause hazard to the security of the event and the Visitors;

  19. organizers of the events separately determine the conditions of prohibited items that participant of the event, media representatives, companies who serves the event, Arena’s staff are carrying into the Arena and their checking procedures. These conditions apply for participants of the events, media representatives, event serving companies and Arena personnel;

  20. a list of prohibited items may be supplemented in accordance with the requests of organizers of the events.

In the Arena it is prohibited:

  1. to throw any items onto the platform, hall, basketball court, or disturb the normal course of events otherwise;

  2. to start fires, fireworks, rockets, smoke powders, or bombs or other pyrotechnics;

  3. any commercial / advertising content or harmful, aggressive campaigning, political, racist or religious posters, clothing, etc.;

  4. to behave in a non-culturally acceptable manner; discriminate or offend other Visitors, personnel etc.;

  5. to harm or cause hazard to one’s own safety, health, and life and that of other Visitors;

  6. to climb onto not intended constructions and equipment (facades, floors, walls, fences, barriers, lampposts, camera platforms, roofs etc.);

  7. at the time of a Sporting Event, walk on the basketball court, ring, or other areas arranged for the participants of the Event;

  8. to enter service premises, participants’ changing rooms, and other Arena premises off limits to the Visitors;

  9. to impede or limit entry or egress for, Personnel, other Visitors, and Participants;

  10. to draw, write, or attach any elements to chairs, walls, railings, and other equipment and structures of the Arena;

  11. to climb on top of chairs and/or their frames, fences;

  12. to litter within the Arena.
